There's nothing to base this on but... I wonder if her character model was based on Angelina Jolie's character from the film Taking Lives (2004) in which she plays an FBI agent.

But since Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy) came out in 2005, a year after that film... this doesn't seem likely. Or maybe it was Michelle Rodriguez who at the time did such films like Girlfight (2000), Resident Evil (2002) and SWAT (2003).

Again, there's nothing to base that on, it's just similarities with the body and face and these actresses playing somewhat similar roles to the type of character that Carla Valenti was.
