DVD Music edits
Does anyone know what music edits,( due to contractual reasons) were made to the series 1 dvd?, as mentioned on the sleeve notes.
shareI think the edits were to Episode 1 in the use of Close to You by The Carpenters. An instrumental version is used twice in the programme. Presumbably the original broadcast used the standard version with sung lyrics.
There was also (Episode 5 I think) a snatch of Atlantic Crossing by Rod Stewart. I'm not familiar with this music but I have feeling this too might have been an instrumental version having not heard Stewart singing in the track used.
