Nearly every person who calls in says "Hi Nancy, I love your show and I want to congratulate you on your pregnancy." [Nancy close her eyes, lifts her head up and smiles, and then turns back into a demon.]
Has anyone called the show? When they screen, do they encourage you to congratulate her on her (evidently miraculous--the woman looks like she's pushing 50) pregnancy?

My mom hates it when they call in and say stuff like "You're such a great mom!", which she most likely is a good mom but what do they know of her private life?

I bet they are required. Before they're put through to the show the operator (whoever works their phones) gives them a quick briefing, and probably tells them 'why don't you give her a compliment? thank her for keeping this case in the spot light, or congratulate her on her twins..' Hell, I doubt the calls are even live. If so you know they'd have at least one Nancy hater get through the lines.

Yeah I've noticed that everyone that calls in does that too. It's very strange. I've tried to call in myself to find out but I never can get through its either busy or they hang up on me? Why is that?

You know guys how about giving her a break? This is a woman who NEVER thought she'd have kids who put her life on the back burner after her fiancee was killed and at her age the fact that she HAD them IS a miracle. So how about a break? I bet every one of you either HAS kids and had them with no problem or will have or doesn't want kids at all. Anyone who thinks she's doing the looking down thanking her lucky stars thing is an act is someone who's never gone through infertility hell!!! Anyone who wants to congratulate her on her MIRACLES should be able to without everyone criticizing her about it!!

Haha, it's called getting on her good side! I used to have a teacher in high school who would give in to anything if we talked about her kids. She would get ready to assign homework, yell at us, anything we didn't want to do and then someone would bring up her kids and her whole demeaner would change and we would get whatever we wanted. We eventually learned to manipulate her to get what we wanted. I think that's what people are doing here, trying to get more time and attention for her by commenting on her kids :-)

have to agree, every time a call comes in it's always a woman (hardly any guys can tolerate this hag), and "i love your show and congratulations on your twins!" sickening! who cares?! we seen them after she crapped them out, and that was fine! but she keeps throwing pictures out like we care! why would someone care anyway? everyone has kids for crying out loud, hell even gerbils can have babies! she spread eagle, got knocked up and farted out a couple rug rats. big deal. it's not like she walked on water! with her personality no wonder it took her till 50 to find a desperate enough man willing to breed with her!
also these "happy birthday" shout-outs have to stop. again...WHO CARES!? what a waste of airtime.
i only watch because of the casey anthony story. the way she treats her guests is despicable, talking down to them like that. one day i hope a guest just snaps and tells her off like something has never been seen on live tv!
