why did jessica leave kathy?

Not really. Jessica's stated on her Twitter account she'd just gotten tired of Hollywood and decided to move on.

At the time, Perez Hilton said it was because she was sick of Kathy's sh!t. However, Kathy has denied this and Jessica has not confessed to this. The line given is that she's "moved on", so it's sort of clouded in mystery. It's briefly discussed at the beginning of season 5, but there isn't any footage of Jessica explaining her departure in any detail. Hopefully, there is no ill will, and it was amicable.

Well, since she moved to Arizona or some-such rather than say onto another Hollywood job of any sort, it seems unlikely that it was merely Kathy hate that made her leave. If Perez were 100% accurate, would she not have stayed in LA?
Also, Kathy thanked her in her book dedication, so its not like their was animosity.
