What are the changes to see get thid DVD to see here in Holland at the local DVD store?

We start with 100% on a Russian DVD.
Chances that a Russian movie, that did not preform well, get's an international release: -75%
A Russian international DVD available in the Netherlands (I am from the Netherlands and I must say our dvd releases suck) -85%
A Russian dvd release available in a non arthouse internet shop -50%.
So...let's say the chances are about 1,875%.
Well...ofc that was just a lot of bullsh!t but it somehow gives an optimistic vision about ever watching this.
Do they really want people to download this movie? I know it would be a crime but seeing that you would have to import it from Russia if that is even possible makes downloading the option for most people who want to see this outside Russia.
