Samira knew ?? ::minor spoilers::

When Jihad sent Ashraf to see his sister on the wedding day, it seemed like she knew Ashraf was gay and advising to move somewhere that was more accepting, like London. Does anyone else think Samira knew about him? When I saw that scene, I was relieved that she knew Jihad was trying to force Ashraf to marry her and wasn't interested in that arrangement at all. She seemed like an interesting character, though her screen time was brief. I kind of wish she could've been there for Ashraf, as a friend, but I know that would've changed the whole point of the ending.
