not available in US anymore?

i had this once upon a time, on a very old computer that died and iTunes no longer has it in their store. I had gotten it on the free download but i'd be willing to pay for it if i could find it. what's odd is i can't find it on youtube either?
i did find an old link to the freebie but iTunes says it is not available in the US store.
if anyone out there knows where i could watch it again that would be awesome. please post a link or an explantion as to why it's not available in the states.
it's frustrating when there is good stuff to watch and you just can't.

It isn't the greatest quality but you can see that short at http://tinyurl.com/oqbyd5m If you download their video player it says that you can download this short. Hope this helps. I used a screen capture program to grab a copy in my web browser.
