Any info on European DVD release with english subtitles?

I really liked it, and would love to see it again.

Film was released in Slovenia on DVD and it has also English subtitles. Distribution company that released it is Cinemania group (check www.cinemania-group.si)
On DVD it was also released in Spain by Cameo (www.cameo.es)
