Is "Madeinusa" available on DVD, the Sundance Channel or IFC? Has it been released commercially?

They are showing it on Dutch public channel NED2 tonight. Any chance you're somewhere in Europe?

I just watched it on Hulu.com. Not bad. I just wondered what happened to the "gringo". I guess gringo means outsider. I always thought it was a term reserved for the "white man". Just a stupid assumption from watching old western movies. That "holy time" sure is a weak excuse for father to be able to have sex with his daughter.

Yes, a very weak excuse. Terrible indulgences are made under any excuse at all, though, so that's actually pretty believable (within the context of such a surreal situation).
