Claes hair and eye color

Er.... Forgive me but isn't it the same as asking why Sailor Moon in the manga and the anime aren't exactly having the same color of hair and eyes and even skin (the anime is slightly pinker and more tanned while the manga is so pure white, she's almost anaemic).

I guess it's basically because anime coloring and manga coloring are done differently is all.
