Armando is a jacka**

after tonight's episode (Nov 5), it's obvious that Armando is a greedy ass-wipe.

He reminds me of my sister-in-law. When she was joint owner of us with a rental house, she refused to contribute any help with the work or any money on renovations. All she wanted was profit, she didn't give a rat's behind if the house wasn't fit to live in.

I like the brother David and his wife, I just wish they would split from Armando and do their own thing. It was funny as hell when they went ahead and gutted that bathroom and built that fence.

I love it when Armonhole starts yelling at David and he justs walks out the door. David and Melina are very likeable and A&E is lucky to have them or NOBODY would watch the show. And where was the mold inspector? Watch PROPERTY LADDER if you like real shows. On TLC where we all await TRADEMARKS return.

I think this season of Property Ladder has ended. I haven't seen a new show in weeks!

I am so glad I your post. I had been trying to figure out which one of these shows I watched that I actually liked. I hate the San Antonio people on the other show. Property Ladder is way better!

reply

Dork , I'm gonna let you in on a little secret. People tune in to see unlikeable characters such as Armando.

They may say they don't but they do. It's part of what's made garbage American Idol so popular , Simon Cowell

reply

You are responding to a post that is like 10 months old my man, you shouldn't be calling people names and what-not lol.

reply

Agree, Armando is really an awful being, the other people on the team are OK, specially Veronica who is really hot. She need to find another guy.

reply

Even though strictly speaking the show may not be scripted, please consider that a lot of these things are tweaked, manipulated or edited in such a way to get the most mileage out various character's perceived flaws or strengths. It's reality, but "engineered" reality to amp up the entertainment value.

reply

Yes, I agree, and said as much to my husband, that I'm sure a lot of it is in the editing, but you can't deny that he fully intended to leave that disgusting bathroom as it was and he left those nasty kitchen cabinets in.

thre is a website, flipthislawsuit.com, where you can read all about how A&E has scripted this season of Flip This House. MANY MANY things are fake- from the water fight, to the competition between the women and the men, to the auction they held for one house.....all FAKE

I just found this in a search to see why I was not seeing that cutie pie richard and his crew anymore, and I totally agree with everything you said!!! I actually like the brother David, he seems nice and level headed, but Armando is a jacka$$ In one episode they couldn't keep a project on track because Armando had all the workers at his own house instead of at the job, and when the brother questioned that he exploded on him..god forbid he is worried about the JOB. And the way he treats that contractor he always hires is just disgusting! And his "My budget is Zero" Well, don't buy a house to fix up and flip if you don't have any money to make improvements??! I can't wait until Richard and the trademark crew is back on TLC, out of all the shows on tv on all the networks, this show (with Trademark) is in my top 5 favorite! Way to go Richard, Ginger and everyone else, keep up the good work, keep doing what you are doing, and thanks for sharing all that you do with us and making fans out of us all!!

I like some other people, was totally unaware of the controversy behind this show. I do remember being disappointed that it wasn't Ginger, Dawn, and Richard, and his partner from TradeMark properties. (probably said and typed that wrong). They do better flipping a thousand times better. I too like David and his wife Melina, and in the credits, Armando, only talks about his wife being gorgeous. It is like a train wreck you can't keep your eyes away from. After listening to the complaints, I couldn't stop laughing, because Armando acts like he is the Donald Trump of flipping, and does treat people like crap. His brother should be the main focus on that show, and at least David realizes how cheap his brother is, and actually knows what it takes to flip a house. Saying Melina's colors are crap, he's crap. If my husband told me to get out there cracking at selling more houses, because that money is not there that month to fall back on, I would tell him to !#$% off!!!!!!!! David needs to be the front man, and of course the original cast, which wasn't a cast needs to come back. I was mortified when I heard they were replaced. I actually thought they were on hiatus to film new episodes or something. In Canada, in BC, anyway, they never mentioned that there was new people, so I was very surprised to see new people but never made the connection till I came on here. Ginger is classy, and I love the way she dresses, and she is very stylish and knows how to have sex appeal without ordering outfits from the Victoria Secret catalogue. Or is that Frederics of Hollywood? Oh well, maybe it's hot out in San Antonio, or they copied the formula of why Hooters get customers and adapted that here.

I don't think it was censored. When I created this thread, I was the one who put part of the word in symbols. I was trying to respect people who might not like to see profanity.

I agree with all y'all's posts. I can't stand the San Antonio cast especially Armando with his ego and mistreatment of contractors. The only two or three times I've seen it he has taken some poor contractor guy and squeezed him. It's immoral what he does to people. A&E's portrayal of him is ridiculous. I was laughing hysterically when he (Armando) was talking all big and bad to his new intern like he was the Donald Trump of San Antonio or something...getting his latte for him, etc. And all the time I was looking at his window air conditioner in his office. Did you guys see that? I mean, who's he kidding? If he's such a high roller, why doesn't he have central a/c? What modern office complex doesn't have that? Please dude!! It's all a front for nothing substantial if you ask me.

reply

The way he always forces Melina to throw parties and hire photographers for $0 means that he's either extremely greedy and tight with money, or broke. Take your pick.

I like shows about turning a crappy abandoned house into a beautiful home.

However, Armando has made this show completely unwatchable. I just hate cocky tough guys who have their head way up their as$, and Armando is one of those.

reply

I like watching this in reruns but turn it off if he is on. What a pig.

reply

I do the exact same thing, I change the channel as soon as I see it's a San Antonio episode.

The lowest of the low was when his wife talked him into going to a gym and he tried to buy fitness. He thought it was going to take too long to follow their program, so he tried to offer more money to make the program take two weeks, not two months. The last I saw, his fat a*s waddling around from dump to dump.

I wish Billy Crystal narrated this show. Ever time he says Armando at least I could have a laugh.

I've never heard of this yahoo before and today I saw him on TV 3 times. I hope he gets charged with mortgage fraud.
