Is 24,000 profit worth a flip.

One house (as all the houses) give them so much trouble and then at the end the profit was just 25 grand. I know they can't all make bill gates money. But that amount just didn't seem worth it.

Most of these guys sub everything out, so 25k in a month for doing some paperwork is a tidy profit.

And after you pay income tax on that money its not even close to $24k anymore.

Its not a long term capital gain so you have to count it as income tax so just figure 25% to 30% off the top.
