Who's your fav and least fav flipper teams on this show?

For me my least fav is easily Than and his team of pretty boys. I don't know, when I see that an episode is going to follow them I just can't do it, I guess I find them to be the most boring of them all.

My fav team is Peter, Brian and Candice (who I find extremely attractive BTW), they're just fun to watch. Plus I love Hercules, he seems like a cool jolly ol' guy lol.

And of course I enjoy Armando, sure he comes across as your typical rich prick but he's undeniably fun to watch, especially when he gets upset and starts rockin' and rollin' on Brent. And Veronica, he doesn't deserve a fine woman like her, she might be a spoiled princess but damn she's hot.

Rudy I can take or leave, mainly because he does a lot of Spanish-style homes with that stucco siding which I find to be ugly as sin, would never get that crap on my house.

If you expect the unexpected doesn't the unexpected then become the expected?

Favorite: Team Montelongo - Yes, Veronica is pretty hot...however, Armando is the star of the show. I like his business style.

Least Fav: Peter & Brian - Brian thinks he's all that and he always has the bluetooth hanging on his head. Peter is 'flaming gay'. I don't have a problem with anyone being gay...but 'flaming gay' is too theatrical for my tastes.

Personally I wouldn't buy a house from any of them except for the Charleston group. I loved watching it when they were on.

I get that they have to make money but most of the time they are so freaking cheap with things I just wouldn't trust that things were really fixed properly.
CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! It wouldn't cost them much more to do it properly with their crews while the poor sob who buys it has to pay $$$$ to hire someone to do it.

Whats with the team I've only seen bits and pieces of that doesn't even put sod down, they just put straw or hay or something. Who wants to buy a house with that crap on it?

Armando is the biggest jerk although I wonder how much of it is for show.

Hate the Trademark Group, always did! Was soo happy when they got rid of those shysters. Now that Richard and the gang have successfully bitten the hand that fed them I hope everyone can see what an egotistical money-grubber he is!
His jerkiness shines through all the B.S. he tries to portray on camera!

I don't remember their names, but my favorite team was the black couple. They were nice, honest, and had class when it came to the flipping of the houses. They were about quality. I don't understand what happened to them, and why they aren't on the show anymore.

My least favorite is Armondo. I don't like him. I liked everyone else on his team, but he is such a jerk that it makes the show unpleasant to watch when he's on it.

I don't remember Than and his team.

Rudy was OK too, but I always got a little nervous when he bought homes in some of the areas he did. Not always a great area for a family to move in to.
