Raising Helen 'Rip off?'

Although it was freakishly similar to Raising Helen, this was a very good made for tv movie with a good plot and concept...I think that the little girl Sammi Hanratty did a great job and so did Lacey Chabert. This was a cute movie that's worth watching.

No, it wasn't like Raising Helen. There were completely different concepts. In Raising Helen, Helen was their aunt, not sister. There were three(or two?) kids, not one, and there was a completley different relationship between the parents who died and the person who was raising the kids.
