well i saw this movie at blockbuster today.... it said it didnt have a rating and it was restricted to children. It had that sticker that said parental permission or something... why does it have that??? wats it rated??

It would have to be PG-13 at least. Early on the brutality of the Nazis was shown, even gunning down children.
