Karol: The man who became Pope or this version?

Concerning the first half of the story (the life of Karol Wojtyla before he became Pope), "Karol" is vastly superior. Piotr Adamczyk (sp?) does a much better job as the young Karol than Cary Elwes.
But Jon Voight really delivers as the ageing John Paul II in this one, so I suggest you should watch both!
