in the song pirates who dont say anything.. there is a musical break where it sounds like one of those vegetables takes a (what truly sounds like) a bong rip, then pauses for a second and in a cheech marion voice says... "weeee dont do annnnnything"...
anyone know what im talking about.

In the original video, he's drinking a bottle of root beer.

Correct...he's drinking from a bottle of root beer in the original video. And it's Mr Lunt, who is from Jersey (as he states in "Rack, Shack, and Benny", I believe) as he explains when questioned about his accent.
