According to the New York Post (......yes.....), the week Mister Lonely premiered in NY....

"His next movie, tentatively titled 'Below The Waist, Above The Ankles' is about a woman who puts her husband into a trance anc can't get him out of it. He thinks he's a goat and regurgitates eggs all day."

I also seem to recall somewhere they Harmony mentioned this in relation to meeting with a witch doctor from New Orleans who practiced hypnotism.

Of course, knowing Harmony, he's mentioned several projects that haven't come to fruitation in years, like the Stepin Fetchin film, etc.......
