Depends on what you mean by kitsch and value, and and whether 1 is "minimum" or "bad." This film is very self-conscious, which to me doesn't make it kitschy at all – just pretentious. This film is not very kitschy, and I didn't see much value, so I'd say 2 or 3 for kitsch value.
