Flying Nun scene worthy of Hitchcock

Beautiful shot sequence, had to go back right away and watch it over again. Very well done.

That was so weird and quite unexpected. I was convinced that she would just die because Korine does not seem the religious type and would be making a point about faith and religion, but he really did the unexpected. I agree the whole sequence was amazing. It must have been quite frightening for the stunt person to fall without a parachute (or maybe they had one and it was well hidden).

The stunt person is Julia Foxwell, British and World Champion Skydiver and yes she had a hidden parachute on, if you look closely you can see the outline. Pretty sure she's ok, cause i've seen her at the dropzone.

I also just read about a woman who fell 2 miles from an wrecked airplane still attached to her row of seats, she fell in the amazonian jungle and survived with only a broken collar bone. funny old thing, life.

Werner Herzog made a documentary about her survival called WINGS OF HOPE.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0249248/

Herzog nearly got onto that very same plane that crashed on Christmas Eve 1971, but the airline over sold tickets and Herzog got left behind. He met Juliane nineteen years later to film this incredible documentary.

LOL Yeah they just through her out of an airplane with no parachute and filmed it. LOL I think there are sag laws against that kinda thing.

These are some movies of mine. Enjoy!

Yes! The stunt person jumped from a plane thousands of feet in the sky WITHOUT a parachute.
Just landed on the grass.
No injuries.
Those stunt people are good huh?
