i dont know if people have mentioned this before but im really confussed.
is the dad a ghost or a real living person?
oh and another thing
in the film u see a nursery 4 2 babies all nice and done so the couple were looking 4ward 2 their twins. then why once they were born did the dad try to feed his son to the pigs and try 2 drown his daughter????????????

They were looking forward to their babies but the mother wanted to leave (no reason given) and take the twins.
The father obviously didn't want that.
The closest I could make out is that the Father was a revenant or undead.
His wife wanted to leave him and he flipped out, attempted to kill her and his children. But their mother managed to stop him. Somehow he came back in order to lure his children back to the family home.
