I agree that it will be AMAZINGLY GOOD.
Adam is really into carpentry and what not, so it will be cool to see this.

Adam is an idiot, not funny.... he dropped his audience on Too late cuz noone was laughing.... I cant believe he convinced someone to give him a show to rebuild his fathers house because hes too cheap to fork out the cash himself..... pathetic!

You're an idiot. If he was "too cheap to fork out the cash" to fix his father's house, why would he spend $739,500 just to buy it, before he even did any repairs?

I think the idea that he "bought this himself" is a bit of a miseleading statement. I'm sure he bought it in the sense that he is financing this project and selling it to the network as a way of recouping his money. It's an investment in the TV show and he already has the other side of the ledger book figured out, to some extent.

In other words, sure, he put up the money for this show with his own money or company or whatever, but then sells it as a package for a minimum amount with the chance to make more based on ratings. At very least he is investing and advertising his product (himself and his name) with the money he put in the project.

So it's not like he just up and bought the house without knowing he was going to sell it to the studio/ cable channel/ whatever. I don't know the specifics of the business, but to say he just bought the house misses the point.
