Is it just me or does it feel like the plot just kind of drifted off to nowhere?

Like there was a clear end goal in sight with the first season, and most of the second season, but now it doesnt feel like theres any connection to them at all.

No because Serac (THE MAN in WHITE) hired MAEVE to KILL DOLORES.

So it's MAEVE vs DOLORES (who also ends up with a CHOPPED OFF ARM in the PREVIEW CLIP).

I think ultimately Maeve would collude with Delores secretly, there is no way she would take Serac using her lying down

Not likely because the so called leverage he has on her where “their interests align” is probably her daughter from her original script. Plus Maeve & Dolores aren’t exactly fond of each other. Maeve doesn’t agree with her tactics or her purpose & I know she won’t change her mind on it.

Maeve is super smart so she would figure out a way ,theres no guarantee Serac would honor his side of the deal and who knows wat he will do if he can access the Sublime. Its just too risky to trust Serac , better to help Delores and take down the system to ensure her daughter will be safe in the Sublime.

Yeah it doesn't feel like there is any connection to what we've watched the first 2 seasons. Everything is all super futuristic now. We got hosts on top of hosts. We got simulations and characters you thought were dead being brought back to life. Idk. Whole thing is getting confusing.

It's all about LOOPS.

Everyone, both the REPLICANTS and the HUMANS (aka: both the Guests and the HOSTS alike) are doing the LOOP DE LOOP.

Caleb LOOPS.

Dolores and MAEVE LOOP.

Hector LOOPS.

We ALL LOOP.
