What immortal hand or eye, dare frame thy fearful symmetry?

I thought its presence was a touch obvious or heavy handed but judging from the bleating about how season two isn't as good as season one it might have been apt to bring it in when they did.

The duality between innocence and experience seem to be the motif of this season, the blissful ignorance of being eternally tormented versus the savagery of seeking truth and the ugly freedoms finding any brings.

Aesthetically Clementine would be my tiger as Angela Sarafyan does that glass eyed porcelain clockwork doll with such inanimate majesty that few could muster with absolute effort. I think though Angela will be the sting in the tail with Talulah Riley playing the first host William meets in season one and the first Logan ever met in season two. Dolores will have to sacrifice herself for redemption (And to free up Evan Rachel Wood for other work I'm sure). She is clearly the battle and the rage at the moment and her experience has left her rabid for revenge.

Which only leaves Maeve as the wild card of the supposedly female hosts. Clearly the smartest of the hosts at the moment it seems like she has no trouble taking lives but also no issue with sparing them either. Once she learns that finding her daughter and holding hands are the same thing she might have a shot at genuine liberty. Her and Dolores may find themselves staring into the unknown and knowing nothing except seemingly being sentient - just like we do.

As for our apparently male hosts Abernathy is done for, Teddy will find his mettle and challenge his perceptions of right and wrong and Bernard will assist Dolores with the mass suicide of hosts to prevent further torture upon them.

Which only leaves William; the Man in Black. There's another William, the host Old Bill - perhaps there is something to reflect on about growing old and becoming obsolete and not knowing it.

Or maybe I'm way off and a tiger is just a tiger.

Well... Nicely written!

Thanks!

William Blake did the thread title and so I'm just shoehorning in some ideas in its wake.
