To live out crazy fantasies like these.

I tell people all the time that the only thing keeping this world together is electricity. You turn the power off and within a few days people will be raping and killing one another. Without fear of being arrested punished etc people's moral compass wouldn't exist.

Exactly. If parks like these existed in real life people would visit them in droves.

You don't need to get that far. Just take their smartphones or shut down the internet and within a week you'll see what "chaos" means.
