What is the name of the song at the end of the movie?

What is the name of the song played at the end of the movie? It has been months since I've seen the movie, but I think I remember it starting to play when the Snow White girl put her costume head on top of the guy she liked, and then all the lights lit up around them.

The title is Good Bye (Scat Version). And it´s really beautiful :)
