Does anyone know what this movie is about? Will it be released in the U.S. or just in Korea?

It's a Korean film; it's unlikely to get wide-release in North America. However, Korean films are somewhat popular, so expect to get a Region 1 DVD.

The messages seem to be a kind of diary, describing the following murder - but that doesn't really ease the attempts to stop the murderer...

Suicide is the most sincere form of self-criticism.
It is all about a serial killer who murdered several students from one school. It is a great movie. Just saw it a few minutes ago.
