What's the deal with two English titles?

I dunno what's the deal with Korean films having more than one English titles. For example, this movie has the English titles "The Big Scene" and "Murder, Take One." Other examples include "Myungsoo of Reversion" aka "The Twins" and "Bewitching Attraction" aka "Hot Lady." They somehow confuses me especially when researching about the movie. Good thing I'm good at searching information on the Internet.
