Well basically Lucas says ironically your plan to have her abandon the idea of becoming a cop is really working. Then Paco says what do you want me to do? She is 18. And Lola says that his reverse psychology method is stupid and now their daughter will be soon patroling the streets with a gun. And Paco answers what can we do, when she wanted to be with Lucas and we forbid it to her she wouldn't listen and now that we support their relationship... and Lucas concludes "and now she doesn't give a sh*t about me. It's alright you can say it."
So yeah he is upset because apparently she only wanted to be with him when it was forbidden.
Screws fall out all the time, the world is an imperfect place.

I´m not spanish, but I´m latina and I must say that sometimes I need subtitles because the way spanish people speak spanish is soooooooooooooooo different from us that I dont understand what thei´re saying most of the time....but I love the show anyway.
It´s sooooo funny and Hugo is SOOOOOOO SEXY!!
