I don't cry very often...

But this film flushed my tear ducts pretty good. One of the people I want to meet in Heaven is Emmett Till. And he's gonna get a big hug from me.

I lost it when I watched this too. I am the type that rarely cries.

Me too. I couldn't believe it. It sickens me that racism is still alive and people don't know what it can lead to.

It sickening what they did to him and that they were let off just because they were white. Thank God that he is not going to let them off for what they did, when they died they had to face the ultimate judge. I have to laugh when we (humans) claim to be the most intelligent species. Ha we are far from it with all the hate in the world, horrible killings, destroying of the planet. What is wrong with humans?

Thank God for Emmett Till he died in such a horrible way but his death did jump kick the civil rights. So maybe his death had a purpose to try and make things a little bit better for others. We have come a long way but we still have a long long way to go. Emmett Tills mother said that Jesus appeared to her and said that Emmett was his and that God has chosen Emmett for this mission.

I was truly touched. If I ever have a son I may seriously consider naming him Emmett.
