I have to go with Ethan and Tonya. Both seemed really natural with their parts.
Also, Jenna L. wasn't half bad considering that this is (I think) her first role.

Ethan was the best, I think, and then Bob would be my second choice. I was really surprised he was pretty good since I always thought of him as a goofus.
Tonya didn't seem like she was acting, so I guess that's good.
I agree Jenna L. wasn't half bad.
Toni Ferrari was actually the only one who showed a hint of potential. Everyone else was horrible, Reichin was the worse.

I didn't realize Jenna L. had previous acting experience, so you're right, she should have been better.
The ghost woman (Trish, her character's name is Rena) I agree was decent.
I thought Ethan's role was inspired, and certainly the most difficult role of the film acting wise, I'd say, imo. But I can see how people could say it was over the top. Btw, I thought the bare spot in his beard was a nice touch.
Trish Schneider as the ghost, Ethan Zohn, Toni Ferrari, and Bob GFuiney did the best jobs I think.
Jenna L was lame, didnt like her at all.
Reichen was boring.
Steven Hill was pretty good.
Stacie J and Fairplay were the worst.
Jenna l, Ethan and Trishelle were my favs.
Stacie J was getting ragged on for the most part since "kill reality" so her performance doesn't surprise me.
I think the fact that rob is a first time writer affected the quality of the movie. With time, he will get better. I know because I know him and know his potential. he is a great guy!!!

Bob Guiney was by far the best in my opinion.
The worst Fairplay, Trishelle, and Riechen.
I thought that Trish was not bad and neither were Steve and Jenna L.
Ethan was way over the top. I wasn't impressed.
Look no one will win any acting awards (except Raspberries) for this one. Bob was the only one that showed any potential to go farther.
