I was watching clips of the game, his singing voice sounds very different.
(starts to cry) what if it isnt Danny... Can someone let me know?
Now, I'm not 100% sure on this, but I've asked a few people and...they say that's Chris Sarandon, Jack's speaking voice. o_O
If it is, I must say I'm impressed. Not NEARLY as good as Danny, of course, but at least he hits all the right notes. I wonder why they didn't let him sing in the movie? Probably didn't have the right singing sound for Jack.

So my source was right? WOW! No offense to Danny, but Chris has really good range. I guess Danny just loved the songs too much to turn down singing them. I especially loved the part where Jack's sining to Sally on the hill (in the game). I got chills when I heard that.
Tell me, dubohtaz, has Chris ever done musicals? You seem like you're such a big fan. The only work I know of is NBC, "Princess Bride", and "Naussica: Valley of the Winds."

it does sound a LOT like Chris, but I do have a hard time believing that the voices belong to the original voice actors. I was VERY disappointed in this game, and a lot of it had to do with the voices. and the songs. and the "dance-during-a-battle" crap. it was all just a bit too much. and yeah, I agree with anyone out there that said they should have just left TNMBC alone.
