I love this GAME!

I don't even remember when I got it, but it's genius. Some of my favorite parts:

1) The fact that there is SINGING! throughout the game. I mean, most of it is rehashed versions of the tunes in the movie, but that's how it is in Jack's world; you SING! even when you're doing battle.

2) Jack doesn't just run; if you want him to he does flips and spins and BOWS! I was afraid that he wouldn't move right, but it's perfect!

3) The game itself is gorgeous. There are jack'o lanterns that glow, pinstripes everywhere, beautiful skylines, and everything looks like it's supposed to be there. Feels stopmotion as well.

4) The interactions between Jack and Sally; Jack is saving her from evil and holding her hands and they're telling each other how much they mean to each other and it's WONDERFUL! I'm so happy they're not nacking on each other throughout the game.

5) The Soul Robber RULES!

A few grievances, however, would be:

1) The camera angles are a bit awkward at first, but you always get to see what's around you

2) The changes in the voices took a bit of getting used to as well, but it stopped bothering me by about chapter five.

I for one think it would be a MUCH better game, however, if you could rotate the camera.

JUST PICTURE IT!!!!

Agreed, to an extent. But seriously, it's so kick-jazz that I don't even care. I play this game a few times a year, never gets old. I can definitely deal with a few camera flaws.

Oh no, this game is amazing. It's had a CRAPton of care put into it, and the gameplay is only a little bit repetitive.

But actually wrap your mind around how COOL it would look to be able to rotatae the camera around Jack and see around you?

On a side not ever notice that the IN GAME Mega-Oogie has an easter bunny sticking out of his chest, but the figurine doesn't?

Yeah I usually try to play this game once a year around Halloween time, it's a lot of fun.

I love all the singing in it too, and the boss fights where you have to collect music notes... so much fun.
