whats the relation of this movie to lowell mason's movie?

lets hope none since that was terrible. Perhaps this movie is just some1 else putting their own soundtrack over NOTLD

This film has no connection to NOTLD; it's an overdub of The Brain Wouldn't Die (1962).

Yeah, but NOTLD's runtime is 96 minutes, and this film's runtime is 80 minutes. What's up with that?

Lowell Mason = James Riffel

Lowell mason and Jim Riffel are one and the same. Lowell Mason is actually the name of a composer from the 1800's. The Reason James Riffel use that psuedo name is because he thought the original film Night of the dawn etc. part 2 (Which is actually part 1) was such a joke and he didn't want it to effect his future career. He had no idea it would become the cult hit that it did.
