Doubt on The Magic Flute OST

Are all the songs that appear in this film included on its soundtrack??

I’m asking this because I’ve listened to the whole soundtrack and I can’t find the song that Papageno & Pamina sing on it and I don’t know if it’s the same but I can’t find the song that can be heard when Papageno rings his bells and the soldiers become some kind of “toy soldiers” either

Could somebody help me please?

Thank you

A lot of the music is missed out possibly for the same reasons that in musical theatre a lot is left out, as some of the lyrics give the plot away, or do not make sense out of context....but still, there are some arias in this that I don't know the reason for....for example.

Papageno's aria when he's drunk, in prison, called-Papageno
Papageno and Pamina's aria
the rest of the 3 ladies' aria after Oh Help Me
The fight with monostotos and the guards' dance
Monostos' aria....

A lot missing! I've exluded little incidentals, reprises and such.

Thank you I was a little disapointed for the fact that not all the movie's songs were included on its soundtrack

By the way do you have these songs by any chance? the songs missed in the soundtrack I mean (just asking - :) - )

the soundtrack album is only 79 minutes long. The film is 135 minutes.

The Ingmar Bergman Swedish version of the opera, made in 1975, is also 135 minutes long.

I have a CD of the opera in the original German, recorded in the 1960's. It doesn't have any of the dialogue, but it is still a full two hours long.

So yes, the soundtrack album leaves out some music.
