The Magic Flute - The Animation Movie from the late 1980'

I'm searching for few months this movie and can't find it anywhere. I thought of asking here if anyone knows this feature.
It's a full lenth animation movie from the late 1980' I believe, not cartoon, but stop-motion of paper-cuts figures and pastel colors in the background. It is presented by Papageno the birds catcher as human, who tells the story of the plot of this opera while he standing on the opera stage itself. And every time after he finishes telling small parts from the story, then the opera continues with the animation parts and the singing.
It is very rare and even Amazon don't have this.
