I don't think she was his daughter but it's not like incest hasn't been in movies before.

She wasn't his real daughter. Just some girl he probably found on his murderous journey. Probably found her as a small child and basically raised her in his sick...twisted world and that's all she knew. In one scene she calls him by his name and the asks her to call him dad or daddy...I believe.
