Would have liked to see Art successfully save Cody's brother

When Art is at Cody's funeral, her parents tell him that her brother died in high school though Art thought he saved him.

I would have liked to see Art go back and try to save him. (In his mind that might have stopped Cody from dying.)

Since Holden mentioned he was in love with his nest friend Frank, I was expecting Art to go back and find Frank receiving a gay mag at a PO Box, or buying one in at a magazine store.

Then Art could have found some way to get Holden to intercept, find Frank's gay mag, they'd become boyfriends and Holden would have stayed alive.
