Who are your top 5 characters?

Which characters are your top 5 favourites?


Mine Would be:

1. Ma Chao.
On foot, he's an excellent spear fighter much like Zhao Yun and Jiang Wei.
On a horse, he's almost unstoppable. On a horse, he's almost equal to Lu Bu.

2. Huang Zhong.
Whereas Ma Chao is the best character on Horseback, Huang Zhong is the best archer. What I particularly like about Huang Zhong is that the 'bow' function of the game is hardly used by any other character, but when you're using Huang Zhong.. the bow function becomes one of the more useful features in the game.
Similarly, Huang Zhong also makes the "Huang's Bow" item rather useful as well. Not only does Huang's bow improve the damage of standard bow attacks, but in Huang Zhong's case it also improves the damage of his C1, C3 and jump Charge attacks as well. If you equip a tiger amulet+ herbal Medicine+Huang's Bow+ Fire Arrows, then some of his charge attacks like C1 and C3 become extremely powerful.

3. Zhuge Liang.
I just love the usefulness of his charge attacks. He has a multitude of attacks which have light affinity (C1, C3 and C6) which means that they're unblockable,
His unblockables sets up enemies for combos which after you're finished comboing can be set up for another C1, C3 or C6 to restart the unblockable and go into more combos.. etc.
If this game had a duel mode like it did in DW4 and DW4XL, Zhuge Liang would probably be one of the best chars in duel.

4. Cao Cao.
He has excellent charge attacks. In particular his C6 attack is quite effective. C6 strikes 4 times and each strike has orb elemental affinity. If you equip either a fire orb or shadow orb it becomes quite powerful.
once you master how to combo the C6, beating an enemy officer becomes easy. Most importantly the C6 attack when used in combos just looks awesomely cool.


5. Liu Bei.
a very well-balanced character. He's one of the most versatile chars in terms stats, ability to do damage, clear crowd and combo. He's a character who's generally qood at everything.
He's got a decent C3 attack which combos the enemy with ease and an excellent C6 attack which works well vs crowds and most importantly an awesome musou attack. His musou deals good damage vs enemy officers, and works well in clearing crowds as well.. but then his shin (true) musou is even better!! Not only does his shin musou deal a good amount of damage, but at the end of the attack, he launches the enemies into the air with it, which allows Liu Bei to juggle them for even more hits and damage. Liu Bei seriously has one of the best musou attacks in the game.
