Afterthoughts

Spoilers abound...

The scene at the end where he meets his child-self: Was the purpose of this to explore the differences of childhood & adulthood, show that he re-connected with his child-perception & various childlike characteristics (by leaving with the child), and by exploring the differences of a child's "bubble" of reality (or was that actually about small-town bubbles?)?

One of the film's writers is Travis Beacham. I find it amusing that he is responsible for the film Pacific Rim. From DDoS to tripe like Pacific Rim. Almost like the allegory in DDoS, eh?
