On the train. Maybe he didnt... (spoilers)

After being shot in the stomach by the other brother, Sebastian could've lived. As far as i know thats not a fatal wound. There was bystander in the same car, he couldve just pulled the emergency brake and called for help.
And i dont know if anyone else noticed, but he was still breathing before frame stopped.
Did everyone overlook this? or just noone cares?

It's not a question of caring or paying attention, it just doesn't matter. This isn't your everyday thriller with an ingenious plot, it's just an intriguing story that unfolds. You don't have to 'see' things or make smart discoveries, you just have to take it in and be stupefied. At least that's what happened to me.

If the bystander tried to get help, he might have ben shot by the killer.

The frame stopped - that's the cinematic way of telling the audience that the character died.

While it is still possible, as you say, that he lived, the movie (story) definitely ends there.

I disagree. The fact that he was still breathing was the classic open ended ending.

No, he wound up dead alright. For being an idiot and making the same mistake twice-

First he goes to the rail station and the Police nab him. But this idiot will not learn. As soon as the Police release him, he goes right back to that station, and this second mistake cost him his life.

This "idiot" anticipated that he would be captured by the police, although he didn't even know that they were following him, and then sent the money, expecting to be arrested.

He couldn't have known that the brother will be at the station, at that exact time, taking the same train... It was a chance encounter that resulted in his death...

While your reasons why he needs to die are somewhat misplaced, to follow unknown instruction and possibly endanger your life is rather stupid, but, did he ever had a choice?
