Does Jackie think that she's untouchable?

I've noticed that Jackie has a tendency to confront people and then get upset when they retaliate. Two episodes I noticed (SPOILERS)

S2E06- Jackie finds the Russians dealing drugs in their room and she trashes their stash and cries to Tony that they threw her across the room. What did she think would happen when she ruined that much cocaine? I never understood why she didn't just leave and get Tony right when she saw what was going on.

S3E05- She finds out that Tanya was attacked by that guy who was helping get back the money Charlie owed that gangster. She seemed to think that she could just confront the guy and everything would be sunshine and daisies.

Jackie's probably my favorite woman on the show, but sometimes she makes really stupid decisions and entirely blames other people (Tony and Charlie in those examples, apparently forgetting that Charlie only borrowed the money in the first place because she would not back down and there was no legitimate way to get the pay for the housekeeping staff).

A lot of characters do this. Tony and Charlie are evidently friends, but Tony is lashing out at his bosses when he thinks they've done something wrong and I think this is fairly often.

Anna throws a fit when they have that clothing designer who used child labor, as if it's really the role of the hotel to do something about it.

James throws a fit nearly all the time.

In S3E5, Jackie clearly wasn't untouchable because she had to leave.
