Awesome documentary!!!

This 4 hour making of is now available on dvd with the director's cut of the Frighteners. It's an incredibly detailed look on how they made the movie and shows how much Peter Jackson cares about his fans, and how he really is part of the group of pioneers looking for new ways to use the laserdisc/dvd medium. The documentary was made in 1996 for laserdisc, but it holds up magnificently against other dvd making of's.

I HIGHLY recommend it!

Yeah it truly is one of the best documentaries for a film ever produced that I have seen. Some come close but none are as in-dept as this one.

"How do we know the dog food is good? Who tastes it?"
