I never can understand that part in the film when Rosa meets that girl that is always watching/ running from her.
Was she to a ghost?
I never got the idea that she was in fact a ghost until she jumped off the ledge, and no one reacts or anything, just like they didn't see what happened.

Not sure of the significance. I guess it was just another ghostly moment in the film and there's really nothing else to it?

I don't believe she was actually a ghost, she was a neighbor that knew Esther, the original maid. She was creep-ed out that Rosa was wearing Esther's clothes and had an uncanny resemblance to her, which I guess is why she was frightened by her. Before she jumped the guy in the van mentioned something about the shadow of a coffin hitting you at a certain time is bad luck, and it just so happened that when the van drove by, the shadow of the coffin in the back of that van was cast over the neighbor girl. For a brief second you can see her face change to the girl that was in the coffin (her pic was on the front of the van) and then she ran off and jumped. Seems like she was possessed by the ghost. At least that's what I caught from it, open to other views.
