I know that she said that she had been sober for a year, but if she was then the drugs have really screwed her up. She spent most of the show almost passed out on one of the sofas, and she fell over at the end. She can't honestly think that people believe her when she says that shes sober, can she?
Anyway thats my rant about drugs done.
How much of a good sport was Pamela for taking all that? If that was me I would have a serious complex after that.

I can only wonder what Pam Anderson sees in Courtney if they truely are friends. She sure came across as a pig who only amused herself. Good lord! The roast certainly could have done without her. Can you say "incoherent"?

i dunno i saw the rehearsal for the roast and she seemed fairly sober.
you never know maybe it was an act? i mean the only reason why i say this is look at what happened. you are all talking about her. shes got publicity now. thats what people in the industry do. they will do anything for attention.
*beep* most people who are struggling actresses and *beep* are told to go on dating shows to be seen. I should know alot of my friends who are actresses have been on blinddate the show.

Courtney was definitely not clean. She was totally trying to be the centre of attention, too -- that attention-Ho. The show was pretty funny, though, and even Bea Arthur took things in stride. I dig that.
The show coulda' done without Courtney, though. She was just annoying. She was like that drunk uncle at the wedding that everyone just pretends isn't there even though he fell into the punch-bowl.
P.S. Nice dig on Kurt looking better than Courtney.

i have many different guitar over 10 and more than like 6 amps
alot of my gear i get from bands like Cold and a few others
get over yourself "ragreen259, you dont have to get all agro just cause some ones got conections that you dont even if you have been playing for 15 years(not likely). And just because you have 10 guitars and get your stuff from bands going no were doesnt mean your good.

I´d say Courtney´s just acting.
That´s her only way at the moment to still have people talk about her.
And of course Pamela cold take that all. It´s all worked out before the show(!).
I saw her in concert 1 year earlier (as one of many acts at Music Midtown, Atlanta, Georgia) and she was smashed and embarrassed herself for the whole set. When the set was over she came back alone with a guitar and tried to keep playing (like that last girl who's still trying to dance on the bar even though the music was turned off and the lights are back on) and had to be lead off by one of her backup band members. At the time she was fighting the law for custody of her and Kurt's daughter and part of her deal was that she needed to stay clean. Obviously wasn't even close.
shareI just saw the 'best of' roast program they did on Comedy Central. They included a lot of the jokes about Courtney (including the Kurt looks better one which was pretty funny) but didn't show one shot of Courtney. I had to come on this site to see if she was even there. I wonder what happened that they didn't even use here image or if she didn't allow them. I would guess someone is really angry about that roast, either her or the producers.

Whoa, this is an old thread! Not that it need be said, but she was on copious amounts of cocaine when she filmed this. She was most definitely high and she's talked about it and admitted it. As of 2009, she's sober and seems to still be. I went to a Hole concert in 2010 when she was touring and she was definitely up on her game.
shareReviving this thread again. I just saw this roast recently and googled it for a while to find out what people had to say about her appearance. I found an interview she gave in 2011 and she's blaming Andy Dick. Apparently, he gave her a pill saying it was like vicodin without aspirin and she took it.
Parts of the interview are very incoherent.
