Which Celebrities Have Turned Down a Roasting?

I heard Lindsey Lohan did. It would probably really improve her image to have one.

Kid Rock... well, it wasn't so much turning it down, but something about they tried it a couple of times and his roast was replaced by Rossanne and Charlie Sheen (I think) because Kid wants the roast to be in Detroit, his home town, but Comedy Central don't want to record it there.
