Showtime HD butchers aspect ratio!

Ironically, Showtime HD is presenting this in standard-def TV aspect ratio of 4-by-3, while its actual aspect ratio of 2.35:1 is better-suited to HDTV's 16-by-9 aspect ratio. Philistines!

FWIW, starz-hd is keeping it at 2:35:1

Nope, it was shot on HD. If it were 4:3, then clearly SHO only had an SD transfer.

yeah original is 2.35 : 1
but on TV i've seen 16 : 9, and it looks zoomed in and weird
