Collins hired Bingham to follow Sonia. Then Bingham had no need to photograph Sonia when she was with Collins. Those photographs triggered the first two murders of the movie.

Collins hired Bingham to follow Sonia. Then Bingham had no need to photograph Sonia when she was with Collins. Those photographs triggered the first two murders of the movie.

There's no plothole there. Bingham didn't photograph Sonia with Collins. Bingham photographed Sonia with Dominic. And what triggered the first two killings was the junkies stealing the briefcase with the photographs.
