Youl have to do the time conversion your self but every week day morning monday through friday at 9:30 am est. Dont forget were already in to the whole spring foward buisness with the dst changes. So if your state does not use dst dont forget to take that in to account. So at the time of posting this message its 3 30 pm for me. So if its like 2 30pm for you then lbft should be on at 8 30 am

I live in Cali too. Who's your service provider? I know for a fact that Adelphia keeps a normal schedule, so the show should come on at 9:30am every weekday. With DirecTV, it might be a little messed up. My dish is currently recieving an east-coast signal, so everything starts 3 hours early. If you have DirecTV, you should watch out for that, although you could also check the built-in program schedule.

Not sure about any other providers, as I've never used them, but I see no reason why they should have the show outside its normal time slot.

You should go to to Cartoon Network's schedule on their site:
http://schedule.cartoonnetwork.com/xmlServices/ScheduleServices?methodName=mainSchedule

Check what's playing on your TV, then compare it with what's listed on the schedule. If your TV is playing what the schedule says is playing, there shouldn't be any problems. If what's on your TV is supposed to come on at a later time, wait for the next program to come on. If that program follows the previous one on the schedule, too, then you probably have a different time zone signal.
