Could have been a pretty good movie with the cast they had. Too bad-possibly the first thing I've ever seen Cannell associated with that I thought sucked. Certainly not on the same level as IT WAITS.
shareThe gore and nudity did seem out of place given the story, with so much of it being centered around a little girl and her ghost friend(s). It almost seemed like they took a children's horror movie (something along the lines of a feature length "Are You Afraid of the Dark?", a genre which I'm not sure actually exists) and then gave it adult elements and upping the kill count while keeping the general plot the exact same.
